My Wheel of the Year
In 2020, I did an intuitive tarot study, the highlights of which I posted on my Instagram story and have recently made into a Reel if you want to check it out. It helped me come to a deeper understanding of the meanings of the cards and my own interpretations of them. This year I feel I have unconsciously done that with the sabbets and my own personal Wheel of the Year.
Sabbets: From Grimoire
There are eight sabbets (or witch holidays) that fall on the equinoxes and solstices and the days halfway between known as the cross-quarter days. These form the Wheel of the Year and are based in Celtic tradition. Just as witches follow the cycle of the moon, we follow the cycle of the earth and the changing of the seasons through the sabbets.
